Ray of Sunshine Camping & Glamping understands that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Please review the details below regarding cancellations, modifications, and refunds.
Please read fully before making your reservation.
Each listing on our website has its own cancellation policy, and they occasionally change during promotional periods. Review the policy published on the individual listing at the time of booking. That policy will be emailed to you in your confirmation email. Your reservation follows the policy listed on your confirmation.
Due to limited inventory, our cancellation policy is strict.
Donation Refund Policy
Donations are nonrefundable.
With so many places and activities available to you, Ray of Sunshine Camping & Glamping is honored to receive your donations.
Standard Cancellation Policy
• Free Cancellation Period: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the check-in date and time.
• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
• No-Show Policy: If a guest does not arrive by 10:00 PM, the reservation will be marked as a no-show and full booking amount will be charged. The site will be available for other patrons.
• The same rules apply for events and workshops that require payment.
• Workshop and event cancellation is crucial ahead of time so that someone else can sign up for the spot. There are limited spots at these incredible events.
Non-Refundable Bookings
For reservations and events marked as “non-refundable,” no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show.
Group Booking Cancellation
• Guests booking more than 2 cabins or campsites are required to pay the total cost of the booking in advance.
• If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
Special Circumstances
• We understand that emergencies can occur. In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), please contact us directly at hello@rayofsunshinecamping.com. We may offer flexibility on a case-by-case basis but are not required to.
How to Cancel Your Reservation
To cancel your reservation:
• Contact us via email at hello@rayofsunshinecamping.com
• Please provide your reservation number and name when requesting a cancellation.
Payment Information
• Refund process: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method that was used during booking.
• Modification Policy: Modifications to your booking (e.g., changing dates or room types) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us at least 7 days in advance to request modifications.
• Terms and Conditions:
1. This policy applies to all reservations made through our website, by phone, or in person.
2. Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to their respective policies.
3. The hotel reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will not affect existing reservations.
