Come for a tomato-themed PJ camp out!
You can select a tent platform or backpacking spot of your choice-- first-come, first-served. Each guest will have a super yummy dinner & breakfast prepared for them. Dinner
1st course: sharable heirloom tomato salad and grilled focaccia, bruschetta with
homemade mozzarella
Main course: roasted chicken breast with blistered cherry tomatoes, grilled green beans
Dessert: basil ice cream and my mom’s chocolate chip cookies
